The “Queen of Rock and Roll”, legendary singer Tina Turner “is reportedly fighting stomach cancer, suffered a stroke and her body is rejecting a kidney transplant. With Ms. Turner’s health on the decline, she wants to go out with a bang.  Reportedly, she wants a home-going that outshines her reported rival, the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin.

“Death is not a problem for me, I really don’t mind leaving,” Turner stated in a prior interview with a news establishment about her own mortality, which was severely tested by a mild stroke in 2013. It was later followed by a cancer diagnosis and subsequent kidney failure.

In Tina Turner’s upcoming memoir, My Love Story, the Queen of Rock will spill the tea on how her finding love with second husband Erwin Bach literally saved her life. Her hubby, Bach donated his own kidney for a life-saving kidney transplant procedure.

Tina Turner began her career in 1958 as a featured singer with Ike Turner’s Kings of Rhythm,  first recording under the name “Little Ann”. We’re praying for her health and comfort in her time of bereavement over the death of her son this past summer.
