American Comic Book Co-Founder of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee passed away today, at the age of 95. The Co-Founder had been battling a declining health over the past year, with a bout of pneumonia and vision issues.

Fantastic Four was the first comic started by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961. He continued to create a library of great work like Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Black Panther, X-Men, Iron Man and The Avengers.

The bigger battle will be who will inherit his $70 million dollar fortune. He is survived by his daughter J.C. His belated wife of 69 years, Joan, passed away last year.

Marvel fans around the world viewed the Multi-media giant as a Superhero in his own right.
