“Queen’s Club feels like the perfect place to begin this next chapter,” Williams said. “Grass has given me some of the most meaningful moments of my career, and I’m excited to be back competing on one of the sport’s most iconic stages.”

To celebrate the announcement, Serena revealed the news through a special Nike campaign on social media, sending shockwaves throughout the sports world and reigniting excitement among tennis fans everywhere.

And if anyone has earned the right to make a comeback on her own terms, it’s Serena Williams.

Her résumé remains unmatched. Williams captured 23 Grand Slam singles titles—the most by any woman in the Open Era—along with 73 career singles championships, four Olympic gold medals, and an incredible 319 weeks ranked No. 1 in the world.

She also dominated doubles competition alongside her sister Venus Williams, winning 14 Grand Slam doubles titles and becoming the only player in tennis history to achieve a Career Golden Slam in both singles and doubles competition.

Whether she’s chasing another trophy or simply embracing the joy of competition again, one thing is certain: Serena Williams remains one of the most influential athletes the world has ever seen.

And now, tennis fans everywhere will once again get the chance to watch greatness in action.
