5/8/18- Damon Williams reports on a man known as Santa Claus to his neighbors got arrested for stocking a woman, breaking into her house and leaving some panties around with a note saying he couldn’t wait to see her wearing it! When police searched his home, they found 90 pounds of underwear inside!
