Former “Real Housewives of Potomac” cast member Mia Thornton is back in the spotlight — this time for all the wrong reasons. Atlanta police say she stole more than $11,000 worth of furniture from a furnished rental condo she had been living in.

According to the police report, Mia moved out of the Marietta Street condo on October 28 without notifying the owner. When the owner inspected the unit days later, several major items were missing — including a TV, couch, dining furniture, accent tables, and patio pieces. A report was filed on November 6, and detectives issued a warrant for her arrest.

Thornton was taken into custody at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where officers located her on the active warrant. She was booked into the Fulton County Jail and later released on bond. Body-camera footage reportedly shows Mia knew the warrant was pending.

The charge — felony larceny — carries serious consequences due to the value of the items. The arrest comes months after Mia announced her move to Atlanta and her exit from RHOP as she prepared for a “new chapter.”

Mia has not publicly commented on the allegations. More updates to come as the case progresses.
