BREAKING NEWS!!! LEBRON JAMES HEADED TO PHILLY

LeBron James signs with Philadelphia 76ers: Live updates as James reportedly signs 2-year deal

It’s been a busy start to the 2026 NBA free agency period, but the biggest domino of them all has finally fallen. LeBron

James has reportedly agreed to join the Philadelphia 76ers on a two-year, $8 million deal.

James informed the Lakers of his intent to play with a new team in the 2026-27 NBA season at the start of free agency, with no

shortage of potential suitors, including the Golden State WarriorsMiami Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves, among others.

In a message on X, the 41-year-old James said he felt he was finished at the end of the season and that he needed time to figure out

his future.

“I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn’t ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I

was pretty sure I played my last game. I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide

if I still love this game. I still truly love this game, and I have more to give.

No plans for Bronny James to join LeBron James in Philadelphia

When LeBron James eventually chose his next NBA team, many expected Bronny James would follow. But after LeBron chose

the 76ers on Friday, that no longer appears to be the case.

It’s now considered unlikely the two will play together next season.

Rich Paul says LeBron James and Bronny James “are not a package deal,” and there’s no plan for Bronny to join his father in

Philadelphia, per @ramonashelburne. Bronny James recently received a guaranteed contract from the Lakers, whose staff has a

fondness for him. While LeBron did not take much money to sign in Philadelphia, the team’s roster is full and it still needs to shed

some salary to make the LeBron deal happen. Additionally, the Lakers are reportedly fond of Bronny and want to keep him

around. LeBron James and 76ers GM Mike Gansey have quite a history together

The 2026 World Cup final drew extra attention after it was revealed Argentina’s Lionel Messi took a picture with Spain’s Lamine

Yamal when Yamal was just an infant.

Turns out, the LeBron James to Philly saga has it’s own Messi-Yamal moment. It involves James and Philadelphia 76ers general

manager Mike Gansey. No, really.

Remembering the last time LeBron James an Joel Embiid were teammates

LeBron James and Joel Embiid have teamed up once before. Both players were members of Team USA basketball in 2024.

They ended up winning a gold medal together. Now they get to play together on the same team, along with the newly Acquired

Jalen Brown. GOOD LUCK TO LEBRAON JAMES ON HIS LAST CHAPTER IN THGE NBA!!! Hopefully Cleveland

Cavaliers Fans will feel the same.
