No one takes Christmas more seriously than the Queen of Christmas, Mariah Carey.  The “All I Want For Christmas Is You” hitmaker has turned the holiday season into an empire of concerts, TV Specials, and even McDonald’s menus centered around all things merry. That festive fever spills over into her home too.

In a recent interview she revealed that – nobody is allowed to play or watch anything other than a Christmas-related thing. The Grammy winner  traces her intense love for the holiday season back to her childhood.

The singer posted a playful video to her social media ringing in the holiday season, shedding her witchy Halloween costume for a Santa-inspired jumpsuit. She’s got you covered with “Fall in Love at Christmas,” her new choir-filled ballad with Khalid and Kirk Franklin.

Now, with “Christmas Princess,” the five-time Grammy winner wanted to write something uplifting for “all the people who have ever felt othered,” she stated in recent article. “It’s a short little book, but it really does have a deeper meaning.” We can look forward to a sequel to last year’s delightful “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special” coming Dec. 3, “Mariah’s Christmas: The Magic Continues,” featuring Khalid and Franklin, will land on the streaming giant Apple TV+.
