For Megan, working out was tied to her mental health. “I used working out to escape and to get happy,” she told the glossy. According to her trainers Emory “Joc” Bernard and Tim Boutte, her routine consists of pilates, and cardio. She particularly keeps her abs by doing weighted sit-ups. Megan is a testament to feeling good and looking good, which she exudes at every appearance. “Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else,” she told Women’s Health. “I used working out to escape and to get happy.” Victoria Monét recently shared her battle with PCOS and how it led to unwanted weight gain around April of this year.“Welp..
