Georgia elections officials postponed the presidential primary scheduled for March 24 because of concerns with the coronavirus pandemic. This makes GA the second state forced to do this because of the outbreak.
“Events are moving rapidly and my highest priority is protecting the health of our poll workers, their families, and the community at large,” said Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
