With everything going on this week, we have to think about our mental health. Please remember to unplug from social media and turn off the TV for a while. Unplugging allows for increased solitude and self-reflection. We are more connected than ever,and can get news in seconds. This leaves us less time for meditation, self-reflection and solitude.

So make sure you take some time to unplug and unwind. For your mental health.
