Your self care tip for today is to make a “NO” list. That is a list of things you know you don’t like or you no longer want to do.

For example:

  • Not checking your email at night
  • Not watching the news all day
  • Not checking your phone all the time
  • Not taking calls when you are resting or eating

and so on…

Make your list and then stick to it!

Remember you can’t take care of anyone else, unless you take care of yourself.
